Mr Clark joined the Board as a Non-executive director on 5 April 2014. On 25 September 2014 Mr Clark was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr Clark has extensive experience at both a board and executive level in financial restructuring, process improvement, risk management, cost reduction, sales and business development and new product development. He has led large teams through significant cultural, structural and strategic change.

Mr Clark has served on a number of subsidiary company boards and executive committees of ASX, FTSE and NYSE listed companies and is a former Chairman of Melbourne Water, and an advisory board member of Salta Properties, one of Australia's largest privately owned property companies. He previously held senior executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young, National Australia Bank, Bank West and Bank of New Zealand.

Mr Clark has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of Sydney) and is a Graduate of the INSEAD AVIRA program. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a senior fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Mr Clark is also a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.

During the last three years Mr Clark has not been a director of any other Australian listed public company.

Mr Crump was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of Redflex Holdings Limited on 2 February 2015 and has had 25 years’ of financial experience.

Prior to joining Redflex, Mr Crump was Chief Financial Officer of Agrium Asia Pacific Limited (Landmark) in Melbourne for over four years. Since 2001, he has also been the AWB Limited Group Commercial Manager and AWB Landmark Chief Financial Officer before that entity was acquired by Agrium, Inc. in December 2010.

Mr Crump has held a senior finance position at AHC Limited, which is in the private health industry, and various financial roles at Newcrest Mining Limited for seven years.

Mr Crump holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Deakin University in Victoria, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Insead in Paris, France.

Mr Durham was appointed as Group General Counsel & Company Secretary of Redflex Holdings Limited on 9 February 2015.

Mr Durham was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 18 November 1991 and later as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 10 November 1999. The scale of Mr Kelly’s experience has seen him transform Australia’s largest telecommunications provider’s enterprise go-to-market model, including a sales force of 760 sales and pre-sales staff. Remodelling and re-launching 80 enterprise segment offerings across 7 core GTM categories and transforming Telstra’s business model through the development and introduction of a Practice model across these core categories.

Mr Kelly has more recently worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in capacity of Director & Client Principal, where he has transformed flailing accounts on the verge of exit, into new growth accounts and has re-modelled the global sales model by injecting a new business development and territory model for growth acceleration.

Prior to joining Redflex, he was Director of Information Technology at Avnet, world's largest global technology distributor (Fortune 117) with USD$25.5B annual revenue. Prior to that, he held several global technology and product development leadership roles at Xerox, Gateway, Chevron, Fujitsu, TCS, Oracle and Ford.

Mr Kumar co-founded a software company in 1991, where he developed a Sales and Distribution package for small to mid-size companies.

Mr Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from India and a Master of Business Administration from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business. Mr Kumar is a certified Project Management Professional and an Oracle Certified Professional. Mr Kumar is also a member of Advisory board for multiple Silicon Valley startups, and involved in contributing to several CIO and peer-based technology organizations.
